Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management for the Business Experimentation & Optimization area. The role focuses on leading end-to-end product workstreams, partnering across engineering, design, sales and marketing, and scaling the Test & Learn experimentation platform globally.

The candidate will drive roadmap decisions with customer insights, market data and business priorities, while exploring AI-enabled enhancements and ensuring strong go-to-market readiness and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams leveraging research, insights and data to identify opportunities and inform roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client delivery, and regional teams to deliver scalable capabilities and drive adoption.
• Support platform enhancements and new capabilities, exploring how AI can enhance experimentation, measurement, and value.
• Serve as a trusted product partner for regional teams, guiding capabilities, use cases, and priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness by defining positioning, enablement materials, and launch plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and accountability.
