Job summary

Solas IT Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI-enabled software products in Galway, operating in a hybrid setup. You will own AI initiatives from discovery to launch and ongoing optimisation, working with Engineering, UX and business stakeholders to translate capabilities into customer value.

You will define product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI capabilities, while leading discovery, prototyping and validation and monitoring adoption, engagement and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience managing software or SaaS products.
• Experience delivering AI, machine-learning or generative-AI product capabilities.
• Strong understanding of the AI product lifecycle, including discovery, experimentation and validation.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Data and UX teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer and business value.
• Strong product discovery, roadmap and backlog-management experience.
• Commercially minded and comfortable using data to assess product performance.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced product and engineering environment.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-enabled software products.

You will own AI product initiatives from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation. Working closely with Engineering, UX and business stakeholders, you will identify valuable use cases, define product requirements and turn emerging AI capabilities into practical customer solutions.

Responsibilities
