Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Designer - Creative Editor in Ireland to own a core area of our AI-powered editing platform. You will shape how users create, edit, and export content across ads, images, video, email, and display. Collaboration with Product and Engineering will drive rapid, high-quality feature delivery.

You’ll deploy a design system, iterate through usability testing, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a remote-friendly setup across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally SaaS or complex workflows.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design for creation workflows, speed and usability.
• Builder mindset with interest in AI-powered design tools.
• Excellent interaction and visual design skills, making complex tools feel simple.
• Able to work autonomously with strong product judgment in fast-moving teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a core editing platform area from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and ship features.
• Design production-ready editing experiences across formats (ads, images, video, email, display).
• Contribute to AI-powered editing workflows and design system evolution.
• Work with engineers to review builds and refine the experience.
• Conduct user research to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Balance strategic thinking with rapid experimentation and iteration.
