Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Video Editor andStoryboard Writer based in Ireland to lead storyboard development for paid social ads. You'll craft visual and narrative flows, specify actor actions, and guide editors using stock, AI content, and motion graphics.

You'll shape hooks and ad structures across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, iterating with performance data to boost engagement, retention, and conversion. Remote, flexible work is offered with exposure to AI-driven creative tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing storyboards for paid social advertising or performance-focused campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles (hooks, hold rate, retention, CTR, conversions).
• Experience with DTC/UGC-style advertising or similar formats.
• Excellent written English and ability to communicate concisely for conversion.
• Comfortable using AI creative tools and emerging formats.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads, defining visual and narrative flow.
• Specify actor actions and scene direction for clean execution.
• Provide production guidance to editors including stock footage, AI content, and motion graphics.
• Develop hooks, angles, pattern interrupts, and ad structures across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Iterate concepts using performance data and feedback to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, editing, and copy teams to strengthen campaign concepts.
• Edit video content with Adobe Premiere Pro (and After Effects where needed).
• Leverage AI technologies (avatars, voice, generative video) to enhance outputs.
• Manage multiple concepts with speed, consistency, and quality.
