Job summary

Dolmen is a renowned product design and R&D agency with 30+ years of experience. We are looking for designers who can join our creative team, interpreting client requirements and delivering innovative product propositions.

You’ll collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, and brand specialists to bring new ideas to market. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of product development experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in SolidWorks/Creo/KeyShot/Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• Degree in Product Design / Industrial Design or related field.
• 3–6 years product development experience, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and in person.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design/visualisation software including SolidWorks, Creo, KeyShot and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements with senior team and develop innovative product propositions.
• Communicate briefs and deliver high quality solutions within fast-paced timelines.
• Manage timely delivery of design projects through the design team.
• Develop engaging concept visuals using traditional and digital tools.
• Support or lead client presentations and project reviews.
• Develop models and prototypes using 3D CAD tools; test rigs where required.
• Collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to maintain design intent through to production.
• Handle multiple projects and client liaison across timelines.
