Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Product Design Program Manager to scale the Global SME CX&D organization. You will lead the operational rhythm, creating processes, planning frameworks, and cross-functional alignment to deliver high-quality experiences at scale.

You will partner with Product Design, Content Design, User Research, Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and strategic priorities stay on track, fostering strong design

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Design Program Management or related fields.
• Experience supporting Design, UX, or Design Systems within a product organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Design, PM, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success building scalable operating models and processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with influencing without authority.
• Strong program management in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and operational excellence across the CX&D organization.
• Align priorities with Design, Product, Engineering and stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
• Build scalable processes, tools, and governance for design delivery.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications across programs.
• Support design system adoption and accessibility initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and AI-powered ways of working.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative team culture with cross-functional partnerships.
• Establish reporting and insights into team health and delivery progress.
• Support capacity planning and resource management across design.
