Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Product Design Program Manager to scale the Global SME CX&D organization, leading operating models, planning frameworks, and cross-functional alignment to deliver high-quality experiences at scale. You will partner with Design, Product, Data, and Engineering to drive initiatives, improve team effectiveness, and deliver meaningful customer impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Design Program/Operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting Product Design, UX, Content Design, or Design Systems within a product org.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with Design, Product, Eng, and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and persuasive communication.
• Expertise in planning, prioritization, risk management, dependencies, and execution in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and operational excellence across CX&D.
• Align priorities with Design, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes, tools, and governance for design delivery.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications.
• Support design system adoption and accessibility initiatives.
• Improve team effectiveness with better workflows and AI-powered tooling.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing design culture.
• Establish reporting and metrics on team health and delivery progress.
• Support capacity planning and resource management across design.
