Mastercard seeks a Product Design Program Manager to scale its Global SME CX&D with operations, planning frameworks, and cross-functional alignment. Lead design operations, collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality experiences at scale.

You will shape the operating model, drive initiatives, and ensure strategic priorities stay on track, partnering across teams and leadership to maximize impact.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Design Program Management, Design Operations, Product Operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting Product Design, UX, User Research, Content Design, or Design Systems teams within a product organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Design, Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success building scalable operating models, processes, and frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence outcomes without authority.
• Strong program management with planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Figma, Confluence, Miro, Airtable, Smartsheet, Asana or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information for leadership.
• Ability to act as a force multiplier for design organizations through operational excellence.

• Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align priorities and initiatives.
• Build scalable processes, tools, and governance for high-quality design delivery.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications across complex programs.
• Support design system adoption, accessibility initiatives, and design operations best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness through workflows and AI-powered work modes.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing culture with cross-functional partnerships.
• Establish reporting, metrics, and insights on team health and delivery progress.
• Support capacity planning, prioritization, and resource management across design.
