Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Delivery Manager within Data and Specialty Services - Digital Workflows in Ireland. You will shape how products are delivered to customers, creating efficiencies for successful implementations in a timely, organized manner.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage dependencies, and coordinate with stakeholders as part of a team leading innovation and scalable workflow solutions built on ServiceNow across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Applied experience in product delivery or equivalent.
• Ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product/platform release management, deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
• Leads change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
