Job summary
JPMorganChase is seeking a Software Engineer III – ServiceNow within the Infrastructure Platforms Digital Workflows team in Dublin. You will design and deliver platform solutions across automation, data workflows, and secure, scalable services to enable business outcomes.
This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow, REST integrations, CI/CD, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating with the Business Analysis team to estimate work and plan agile deliveries.
Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts is expected.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and database querying languages.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
Responsibilities
- Execute software solutions and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to Scrum practices.
