Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Delivery Manager within Data and Specialty Services - Digital Workflows to shape how products reach customers.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement firm-wide workflows and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. You will drive change management, monitor timelines, manage resources, and report on product performance, ensuring risk and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
