Our Client, is looking to hire a Product Data Administrator for a temporary 10 month period due to end August 2027, this is a full time position based in East Galway.
The Product Data Administrator isresponsible for the accurate entry, update and maintenance of approvedproduct data within Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion ProductDevelopment / Product Data Hub (PD/PDH). The role processes authorised productchanges and helps maintain consistent product master data across theapplicable systems. This is an execution-focused role with no responsibilityfor approving changes, making business decisions, defining data standards ordetermining product structures.
Essential Duties
- Create and maintain approveditem master records in Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Enter approved productattributes, classifications, product hierarchy values, lifecycle phases andorganisation assignments.
- Create and update revisionsand Bills of Materials (BOMs) from approved source documentation.
- Maintain approvedmanufacturer or supplier information and controlled product documents orattachments, where applicable.
- Process approved ECOs, ECNsand other authorised product changes in accordance with documentedprocedures.
Primary Duties
- Support product dataalignment, cleansing and migration activities between systems.
- Perform basic completenessand accuracy checks against approved source information.
- Record completed transactionsand update assigned status trackers.
Essential Qualifications (Non-negotiable Requirements)
- 1–3 years of product dataadministration, master data maintenance, engineering change administration orcomparable data-entry experience.
- Experience using Agile PLM,Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH is required.
- Experience maintaining itemdata, BOMs, revisions, product attributes or supporting documentation.
- Experience working within acontrolled change management environment is preferred.
- No degree required. Secondaryeducation or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
