The purpose of this role is to assemble and produce high-quality catheters, access sheaths, balloon catheters, valve delivery systems, and stent delivery systems in compliance with strict regulatory standards. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to documented procedures, GMP, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
This role will collaborate closely with the engineering team to support efficient, high-quality product builds. It will be essential to the successful delivery of projects for ICs Medical Devices and our customers.

Day Shift Hours of Work 7.15am-16:00pm (Monday -Thursday) & 7.15am-13:00pm (Friday)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, product assembly, packaging, labelling, inspection, and testing activities in line with the procedures and quality standards set by the company.
This role requires strict adherence to work instructions, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and regulatory guidelines, with duties performed as directed by the assigned supervisor / team lead / engineering lead.
This role will assist in sustaining and enhancing production and prototyping output, yield, efficiency, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform computer-based tasks as required to record production data, complete electronic documentation, and track work progress.
Will operate responsibly at all times, prioritising the health and safety of both themselves and their colleagues in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
Willing to be flexible and open to learning, and training in new processes
Depending on experience, assist in training new Product Builders.
This role is expected to uphold the quality standards and core values of ICs Medical Devices by demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to perform a range of job-related duties that may fall outside the specific scope of this position.
Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in a medical device catheter environment is desirable.
