Job summary

ICS Medical Devices in Galway is seeking a Product Builder for a permanent day shift. You will manufacture products in line with SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to GMP standards.

The role offers a 4.5 day week schedule, with shifts from 7:15 to 16:00 (Mon-Thu) and 7:15 to 13:00 on Fridays, plus a range of benefits. Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent (L5).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• High level of dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ideally experience in medical devices and cleanrooms.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Build product for customers; design, prototype and manufacture medical device technology.
• Complete and comply with documentation and procedure requirements.
• Comply with GMP requirements.
• Support production output, yield, efficiency and improvements.
• Maintain high quality workmanship and professional conduct.
• Be open to training and learning new methods; train others as required.

Product Builders - Permanent Contract - Day Shift

We are looking for candidates to join our day shift at ICS Medical Devices. We seek ambitious and motivated staff with the potential to develop and grow with us and help drive our business forward.

As a Product Builder you will be working directly for ICS Medical Devices and be responsible for manufacturing products in compliance with standard operating procedures.

Your shift pattern on days will be a 4.5 day week

7:15 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday &

7:15 – 13:00 Friday.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

• Build product for our customers, atICS Medical Devices we design, prototype and manufacture innovative catheter based medical device technology. To see more about what we do please view our website at www.icsmedical.com.
• Complete and comply with our documentation and procedure requirements.
• Comply with our GMP requirements.
• Support CIC medical devices in maintaining and improving our production and prototyping output, yield, efficiency and other general improvements developed by CIC medical devices. The product builder will strive for the highest quality of workmanship and standards.
• Always be professional and courteous with fellow staff and with our customers.
• The product builder is expected to be open to learning, training and be flexible to new methods and ideas. The product builder will be expected to train other staff as required.
• Be punctual, complete task efficiently as we strive to meet our customer goals in our every day work.
• Perform computer applications as required.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Operate in safe manner, follow our H&S requirements and protocols including Covid19 protocols.

Requirements:
