Job summary

Sanderson in Ireland is seeking a Procurement Transformation, Strategy and Performance Leader to drive analytics, performance improvement and digital transformation across procurement. You will focus on why performance happens and what actions to take to improve outcomes.

You will own a global KPI framework, lead reporting and BI, and build analytics that turn data into insights. Automation will reduce manual reporting.

Procurement Transformation, Strategy and Performance Leader

Dublin, Hybrid, Permanent (and Day Rate Contractors will be considered)

This is a procurement transformation, analytics and performance improvement leadership role, rather than a traditional sourcing or category management position.

You will be responsible for helping Procurement leadership understand not just what is happening, but why it is happening and what actions should be taken to improve performance.

You will own the Procurement's performance management, analytics, continuous improvement and digital transformation agenda.

You will:

• Define and manage Procurement KPIs.
• Lead performance reporting and executive dashboards.
• Analyse performance trends and identify root causes.
• Improve data quality and governance.
• Lead Procurement analytics and business intelligence.
• Reduce manual reporting and spreadsheet dependency through automation and technology.
• Deliver better procurement outcomes through data-driven decision making.

• Aligning with Finance and IT.
