What You’ll Do
- Lead Procurement: Identify sourcing requirements and align procurement activity with project priorities.
- Drive Tenders: Run RFQs and RFPs from initial scope through evaluation, negotiation and award.
- Connect Stakeholders: Build strong relationships across project teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate Terms: Secure competitive pricing and appropriate commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Shape Contracts: Prepare purchase orders and contracts, ensuring scope, deliverables, timelines and key terms are clearly captured.
- Support Delivery: Stay involved as procurement progresses from mobilisation through to project delivery.
- Maintain Control: Keep sourcing, contract and procurement records accurate and organized.
What You’ll Bring
- Project Procurement Expertise: Proven procurement experience within a project environment.
- End-to-End Capability: Experience taking sourcing requirements from initial scope through tender, negotiation and award.
- Commercial Confidence: Strong commercial judgement with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Specialist Experience: The knowledge and project experience to contribute effectively from day one. CIPS would be an advantage.
