Job summary

Archer is seeking a Procurement Project Specialist in Dublin on a long-term day-rate contract (€280/day). Hybrid work – 2 days on-site – supports a strong work-life balance and an exciting project environment.

You will lead procurement across the full lifecycle from sourcing requirements and tendering through negotiation, contract award and supplier mobilisation, deepening your project procurement expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven project procurement experience.
• End-to-end procurement from sourcing to award.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify sourcing requirements and align procurement activity with project priorities.
• Run RFQs and RFPs from scope through evaluation, negotiation and award.
• Build relationships across project teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
