We are seeking to recruit a Procurement Project Specialist to join the Sourcing & Procurement Function. This role is best suited to a candidate with strong Procure to Pay delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to support process, technology and ways-of-working improvements in a regulated environment.
Your primary function will be to support the delivery of procurement projects, improvement initiatives and change activity across Source to Pay, while also providing meaningful support for day-to-day operational procurement activity. Approximately 40% of the role will be focused on operational support, helping the team maintain effective service delivery, manage procurement workflows, respond to stakeholder requirements and ensure core procurement processes operate efficiently and in line with Bank standards. You will help modernise procurement processes and technology, working with colleagues and business partners to simplify workflows, improve data quality, strengthen controls and identify opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled tools responsibly. Coding experience is not required, but you should be confident engaging with digital tools, emerging technologies and AI use cases in a business environment.
This is a Permanent (hybrid) position based in St. Stephens Green, Dublin, the Republic of Ireland.
