Job summary

CPi Biotech, Cork-based biopharma engineering firm, seeks a Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement operations, drive automation, and optimize supplier relationships. You will collaborate with planning and operations to maintain optimal inventory and cost-effective sourcing.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, ERP/S&OP engagement, and dashboard reporting using Power BI and Excel to monitor performance and support production planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or inventory management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and S&OP processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with pivot tables & advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate) or similar automation/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage optimal inventory levels to support production.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Support S&OP processes and manage the ERP system to advance production planning.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel) to track metrics.
