LGT Capital Partners (Ireland) Ltd. in Dublin seeks an Investment Operations Analyst to support private markets operations across PE, credit, infrastructure and real estate.

You will work with global teams on the operational lifecycle of investment programs, from pre-investment checks to reporting and invoicing. Ideal candidates hold a finance/Accounting degree with 1–2 years in financial services and strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in financial services, investment operations, or accounting—ideally with exposure to private markets investments or fund administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to understand investment structures and fee mechanics.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or Power Pivot is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative attitude and an interest in the global investment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of pre-investment restriction checklists.
• Summarising investment proposal documentation for internal analysis and reporting.
• Assisting with regulatory and compliance reporting across a broad suite of private market investment products.
• Preparing quarterly fee invoices for multiple investment programs.
• Supporting the preparation of board reports for private market fund structures.
• Coordinating with the corporate finance team on monthly close, annual budgeting, and fee calculations.
• Engaging with key internal stakeholders across the business.
• Participating in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
