Job summary

PGIM Ireland is hiring an Investment Operations Analyst to join the Operations - Alternative Assets team in Letterkenny on a hybrid basis. You will validate portfolio and transaction activity, prepare ledger entries, and perform reconciliations across custody banks and trade systems.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or business, and proficiency in Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or business.
• Experience in accounting, finance, or operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate portfolio and transaction activity including trades, income payments, corporate actions, and restructurings.
• Prepare and verify general ledger entries.
• Complete reconciliations with custody banks, trade systems and financial statements.
• Generate reports for business partners.
• Support process improvements and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely reporting.
