Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join the PGIM Operations - Alternative Assets team in Letterkenny on a hybrid basis. You will validate portfolio activity, manage general ledger entries, and perform reconciliations with custody banks and trade systems, delivering timely reporting for insurers and senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have an accounting/finance background, a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Background in accounting/finance or similar numerical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or business.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and solutions oriented.
• MS Office including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Validate portfolio and transaction activity, including trades and income payments.
• Prepare and verify general ledger entries.
• Complete reconciliations to custody banks and trade systems.
• Provide reports to business partners.
• Support recordkeeping and reporting for investment portfolios.
