Job summary

SS&C GlobeOp, a division of SS&C Technologies, seeks a Manager of Fund Accounting – Private Markets in Dublin with hybrid work options. The role oversees daily NAV calculations, financial statements, and regulatory reporting for a growing client base across jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will lead a team of fund accountants, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely client deliverables while maintaining exceptional client service and adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements in Private Markets.
• Proven experience as a people manager or supervisor with coaching responsibilities.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent client service focus with ability to meet internal/external deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency with fund accounting software (Geneva, Advent, Multifonds) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of fund accountants in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.
• Coordinate client deliverables across jurisdictions to meet deadlines.
• Oversee onboarding and transitions from a fund accounting perspective.
• Manage end-to-end NAV calculations, financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
