Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services Ireland Ltd. seeks an experienced NAV production professional to deliver timely and accurate services across the team, covering full NAV production and related activities for hedge fund and private equity funds from Dublin 2.

The role requires 6+ years in a hedge fund/PE admin setting with supervisory experience, strong communication, and ability to work under pressure. Hybrid/flexible schedule with 12-month contract and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in hedge fund/PE administration with supervisory experience.
• Experience with NAV production and related services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a timely and accurate service delivery across the team.
• Full competency in all areas of NAV production and associated services.
• Serve as primary operational contact for a range of clients and therefore excellent written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite.
• Ensure all new processes are documented and all funds procedures are updated periodically.
• Ability to cover the operations of all funds within the team when required.
• Work with Senior Manager or Fund Accounting Director to plan and deliver training and development of junior colleagues.
• Work on projects / ad hoc tasks as required.
• Continually review processes for operational risks, efficiency and technology development opportunities.
• Ensure smooth delivery of fund audits by managing clients, auditors and draft accounts within schedule.
• Understand and review key fund legal documents relevant to service delivery.
• Establish strong working relationships with other business lines within U.S. Bank.
