Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin seeks a senior management professional to support the Investor Services Private Equity team. You will oversee investor accounts, ensure accurate information flow and timely responses, and review fund documents for launch readiness.

The role demands at least five years in transfer agency, with several years in Private Equity, plus AML awareness, strong leadership, and client-facing abilities to maintain excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in transfer agency, with at least 3 in Private Equity.
• Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and Fund documents.
• Knowledge of AML regulations and fund accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of Investor Services Private Equity team.
• Ensure smooth investor account opening and timely investor communications.
• Review Limited Partnership Agreements and OM pre-launch, identify issues.
• Develop relationships with investment professionals, investors and auditors.
• Supervise staff, train and mentor, and conduct performance reviews.
• Organise team meetings and collaborate with Private Equity Fund Accounting.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and deadlines; drive process improvements.
