Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an Associate Manager for Investment Operations in Letterkenny on a hybrid basis. You’ll support the Private Equity Accounting Unit, maintaining investment and accounting records and preparing reporting for PGIM business units.

The role requires strong accounting skills, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Excel. You'll lead a small team, review entries, and ensure data integrity while coordinating daily deliverables and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Extensive accounting/investment operations experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review documents for investments and clients.
• Review financial statements of Limited Partnerships and Joint Ventures.
• Supervise a small team of about 2–3 accountants and provide feedback.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and ledger reconciliation.
• Understand STAT and GAAP rules for Other Invested Assets.
• Coordinate and monitor daily and monthly deliverables.
