Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join the Long-Term Accounting team within Public Investment Operations. The role focuses on accounting, reporting, and analysis across asset classes, with exposure to internal partners and external managers.

You will support monthly closes, perform reconciliations, and participate in SOX controls. The position offers hybrid work in Letterkenny, with two days in the office weekly, and opportunities to advance in a global investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily reconciliation of balances between the trade and accounting system.
• Complete monthly reconciliation of balances between accounting system and Oracle general ledger.
• Complete monthly reconciliation of accounting system to custodian banks.
• Ensure financial statement balances are GAAP & STAT principles.
• Participate in internal and external audits of our SOX Key Controls.
• Assist with systems initiatives and work through issues with the technology support team.
• Collaborate with business partners across various departments within the company.
• Supporting and monitoring the investments we support.
• Gain expertise with the PAM Investment Accounting system and Bloomberg.
• Understanding the key features of each asset type and asset class we account for.
• Ensuring collection of principal and income.
• Analysis of variations in investment accruals.
• Participate in enterprise initiatives and special projects.
