Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an Associate Manager, Investment Operations to join the Global Asset Management team in Letterkenny on a hybrid basis.

You will oversee accounting, reporting and controls for private equity to support PGIM businesses, manage a small team, coordinate daily deliverables and contribute to audits while developing your leadership in a dynamic asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field required.
• Experience in accounting/investment operations with supervisory duties preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of accountants (2–3).
• Review financial statements of Limited Partnerships/Joint Ventures.
• Ensure timely accounting entries and ledger reconciliation.
• Coordinate daily and monthly deliverables across units.
• Support external and internal audit processes.
• Apply STAT and GAAP rules for Other Invested Assets.
• Monitor data integrity and participate in special projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide financial insights.
