Job summary

PGIM Ireland in Letterkenny seeks an Associate Manager, Investment Operations to join the Private Equity Accounting Unit. You will maintain investment accounting, reporting and record keeping to support PGIM business units on a hybrid basis.

You will supervise a small team, review statements, ensure GAAP compliance, and coordinate daily deliverables while supporting audits and analytics. A strong accounting background and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field is required.
• Excellent experience in Accounting/Investment Operations with supervisory experience is required.
• Detail oriented with ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong accounting, research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and partnering skills.
• Proficient in Excel and able to understand financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements of Limited Partnerships/Joint Ventures.
• Supervise a small team of approximately 2–3 accountants and provide feedback.
• Timely and accurate review of accounting entries and ledger reconciliation.
• Coordinate daily and monthly deliverables and monitor data integrity.
• Support external and internal audits.
