Job summary

Quest Recruitment is partnering with leading global fund administrators and asset managers to source Audit professionals transitioning into Private Equity Fund Accounting at AVP, Manager and VP levels. The role involves oversight of accounting, financial reporting and investor servicing across private capital structures, with opportunities to lead teams and drive process improvements.

Candidates should have ACA/ACCA or equivalent, Big 4 audit background, exposure to investment funds, strong

Qualifications

ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
Audit experience gained within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm.
Exposure to Private Equity, Investment Funds, Asset Management or broader Financial Services clients.
Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Previous team leadership experience for Manager and VP level opportunities.

Responsibilities

Oversight and review of fund accounting activities for Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Credit funds.
Review of quarterly and annual financial statements.
Monitoring capital calls, distributions and investor allocations.
Review of fund valuations and underlying investment activity.
Liaising with auditors, investment managers and institutional investors.
Supporting fund launches, restructures and complex transactions.
Managing client relationships and acting as a key escalation point.
Leading and developing teams while driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
