Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Ireland seeks a Privacy Operations Manager to own programs across data subject requests, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, and cookie compliance, ensuring regulatory readiness and auditable records.

You will partner with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering, build playbooks, triage requests via Jira, and drive process improvements, including AI tooling, in a fast‑growing tech environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, documentation, and scalable privacy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated privacy program management and scaling cross-functional programs.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA; US state laws HIPAA/GLBA a plus.
• Hands-on with PIAs, DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, and cookie compliance.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and document narratives clearly.
• Curious, self-motivated with strategic problem solving.
• Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across privacy programs such as DSRs, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, and cookie compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including leveraging AI tooling to automate tasks.
• Create and maintain auditable privacy documentation, including playbooks and response libraries.
• Collaborate with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to fulfill user requests and deepen expertise.
• Rotate through the weekly runner model as the primary contact for incoming privacy requests.
