You will design scalable architectures, write high-quality code, and mentor colleagues while collaborating with product and design to deliver impact in a fast-moving product space.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend/full-stack experience delivering high-impact products.
• Strong hands-on engineering leader capable of guiding design reviews and code quality.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and elevate team performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable solutions for AI agentic initiatives within Marketing and Demand Generation.
• Lead end-to-end features from design through rollout and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to align on best practices and patterns.
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and learning.
