Qualifications

• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and build systems.
• Proven track record delivering cross-team technical initiatives.
• Ability to move between infrastructure design and hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the future of HubSpot's release engineering platform.
• Lead end-to-end architectural decisions across pipeline design, test infrastructure, deployment orchestration, and developer ergonomics.
• Design and implement AI-powered QA agents that run on every deploy.
• Mentor teams and raise the architectural bar for platform work.
