The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, end-to-end ownership, and shaping platform direction across build, test, and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and evolving large-scale distributed systems, especially CI/CD and release engineering.
• Strong architectural instincts; ability to simplify complex platform challenges.
• Experience operating at hyperscaler or large-scale platform providers.

Responsibilities

• Own the future of HubSpot's release engineering platform and pipeline design.
• Write production code and lead complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Design AI-powered QA agents and scalable delivery infrastructure.
• Mentor teams and drive architectural decisions across multiple squads.
