Job summary

Archer is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead Platform Strategy and Data Operations as part of a major technology transformation. You will own the Platform Engineering roadmap, define future developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and data operations across the enterprise.

You will guide the evolution of modern platform capabilities, promote automation, self-service, DevSecOps practices and cloud-native engineering, while collaborating with Engineering, Security, Architecture,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform expertise.
• Knowledge of IaC, CI/CD, observability, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Platform Engineering roadmap across AWS and Kubernetes.
• Lead DevOps, cloud platforms, data operations, and AI/ML Ops.
• Drive engineering transformation through automation and cloud innovation.
