Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced Principal/Associate Civil Engineer to lead wastewater infrastructure projects for Uisce Éireann and other public sector clients. Location: Dublin/Cork/Limerick/Castlebar (Hybrid).

This senior, client-facing role requires strong technical expertise, project management and leadership to grow Egis' Water business while delivering critical national wastewater infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Level 8).
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design and delivery of wastewater treatment and network projects.
• Manage projects through all stages: feasibility to commissioning.
• Act as Project Manager on major wastewater and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure delivery safely, on programme and within budget with quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, process, mechanical, electrical and environmental disciplines.
• Manage project risk, programme, resources and financial performance.
