Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior to Principal Civil Engineer to lead wastewater infrastructure projects for Uisce Éireann and public sector clients. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, and delivering complex schemes from concept to commissioning.

This senior, client‑facing position requires strong technical leadership, project management, and a commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability. Hybrid working in Ireland is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Level 8) in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent professional body is required.
• Full clean driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of wastewater treatment and collection projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams through all design and delivery stages.
• Serve as Project Manager on major wastewater/infrastructure projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic technical advice.
• Support bids, tenders and framework submissions.
