Job summary

Massimo Dutti is hiring a Visual Merchandiser to bring our collections to life in-store, balancing brand DNA, trend awareness, and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers.

You will report to the General Manager and Deputy Manager and work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey, including evenings and weekends for delivery and changeovers.

Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
• Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance.
• Strong understanding of Massimo Dutti’s DNA and product, plus awareness of current market trends.

Responsibilities

• Using commercial and product data to spot opportunities and improve store results.
• Owning the store’s visual and commercial execution, ensuring displays feel elevated, current and customer-focused.
• Delivering VM in line with brand and company guidelines, adapting quickly while staying true to Massimo Dutti standards.
• Leading with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor—supporting the team to deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Massimo Dutti brand.
• Being a positive ambassador for our sustainability initiatives in store.
• Keeping calm under pressure, staying organised, and prioritising brilliantly—especially during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.
