Building Staff Solutions Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Pre-Construction / Estimating Manager to join our client's senior leadership team in Dublin (Head Office & Project Visits).

This strategic role will lead the pre-construction function on major commercial, residential, healthcare, education, pharmaceutical, industrial and infrastructure projects. You will develop winning tender strategies, oversee preparation and submission of competitive tenders, and coordinate estimating, planning, design,

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years estimating/pre-construction experience.
• Previous Tier 1 main contractor experience highly desirable.
• Proven success delivering major project tenders.
• Strong commercial, contractual and procurement knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Overview

BSS is recruiting on behalf of one of Irelands leading Tier 1 main contractors for an experienced Senior Pre-Construction / Estimating Manager to join their senior leadership team. This strategic role will lead the pre-construction function on major commercial, residential, healthcare, education, pharmaceutical, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
