Job summary

CASIMO CONSTRUCTION & CIVIL ENGINEERING LIMITED in Ireland is seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Operator. You will operate and control pumping equipment to transfer ready-mixed concrete to construction sites, set up and inspect machinery, and coordinate with site personnel to ensure accurate placement.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and strict adherence to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate and control concrete pumping equipment to transfer and place ready-mixed concrete at construction sites.
Set up, position and prepare the concrete pump and associated equipment before pumping operations.
Inspect the pump, delivery lines, hoses and equipment and report defects or maintenance needs.
Monitor the pumping process and control flow and pressure for accurate placement.
Communicate with site manager and delivery drivers during pouring operations.
Monitor pipelines and equipment for blockages or problems and take corrective action.
Follow health and safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
Maintain records of equipment inspections and maintenance.
Work safely as part of the site team under supervisor directions.
