Job summary

Hudson Brothers Limited are recruiting two Concrete Pump Operators for full-time work at New Paddocks, Blessington, Co. Wicklow. The successful candidates will operate concrete pumping equipment as part of the quarry operations.

Essential requirements include at least 3 years experience, Level 3 qualification, and English level B2. Suitable accommodation and English language training will be provided. A learner permit B is noted under driving credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Level 3 (incl Junior Cert)

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and shut down concrete pumping equipment safely.
• Position pipelines, hoses and associated pumping equipment.
• Carry out daily equipment inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Monitor pump operation, pressure and blockages.
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of pumping equipment.
• Liaise with quarry personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Complete relevant plant inspection and operational records.
• Comply with all quarry health and safety procedures.
