Job summary

WatchGuard is seeking a Solutions Specialist in Cork, Ireland to blend pre-sales product expertise with commercial ownership, accelerating cross-sell opportunities within our partner ecosystem.

You will demonstrate our Unified Security Platform to MSPs, conduct value-focused discovery, translate requirements into solutions, and coordinate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or solutions selling within cybersecurity or MSP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level product demonstrations and respond to client inquiries.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover customer requirements and conduct discovery.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities and provide forecasting/pipeline updates.
