Job summary

Trust in SODA in Dublin is seeking a pre-sales solution consultant to join the GTM team. You will run discovery sessions, tailored demos, and design practical solutions that fit client workflows.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success, reporting to the CEO, and help win new business in a growing SaaS startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Confident, client-facing experience delivering demos, presentations or workshops.
• Strong problem-solving skills; you can turn complex business and technical requirements into clear solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions, workshops and tailored demos that show prospects exactly how the platform solves their problems.
• Getting under the hood of customers' systems and workflows, and designing practical, scalable solutions (configuration, integrations, APIs, SSO).
• Owning the solution and technical sections of RFPs and tenders.
• Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success, and feeding market insight back into the product.

We've partnered with a growing local SaaS start-up who are looking to grow their GTM team with the addition of a pre-sales solution consultant.

This role will report directly to the CEO and play a central role in how they win new business.

What you\'ll be doing

• Running discovery sessions, workshops and tailored demos that show prospects exactly how the platform solves their problems
• Getting under the hood of customers\' systems and workflows, and designing practical, scalable solutions (configuration, integrations, APIs, SSO)

In this industry the sales cycles will be a bit longer and can move quite slowly, but with patience they can lead to a huge pay off.
