An exciting opportunity for an experienced Pre-Construction Electrical Manager to support the successful planning and delivery of major critical building projects. This role focuses on electrical and CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) coordination during the pre-construction phase, ensuring technical solutions, programmes and commercial considerations are fully developed before project commencement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical pre-construction activities from tender through to project handover.
• Review employer's requirements, specifications and tender documentation.
• Coordinate electrical and CSA design development with consultants and subcontractors.
• Identify technical risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.
• Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining quality and programme objectives.
• Assist with procurement planning for electrical packages.
