Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Pre-Construction Electrical Manager to lead electrical pre-construction activities and coordinate CSA design across complex projects in Ireland. You will review tender documentation, manage design development with consultants and subcontractors, and identify risks with practical mitigations.

The role requires an Electrical Engineering degree, strong coordination skills, and commercial awareness to support procurement and value engineering while maintaining programme

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in pre-construction, design management or project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in complex construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project procurement.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical pre-construction activities from tender through to handover.
• Review employer's requirements, specs and tender docs.
• Coordinate electrical and CSA design with consultants and subcontractors.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support value engineering while maintaining quality and programme objectives.
• Assist with procurement planning for electrical packages.
• Coordinate technical submissions and design approvals.
• Work with estimating, commercial and project delivery teams.
• Participate in client meetings and technical workshops.
