Job summary

E-Frontiers in Ballymount, Dublin 22 is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead tender submissions from enquiry through contract award and handover. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure commercially competitive and technically compliant bids.

The role requires strong tendering, planning, and stakeholder management skills, with responsibility for robust methodologies and successful project handovers on major construction projects.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in pre-construction, project management, or commercial construction.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres, industrial, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong understanding of tendering, construction methodologies, and commercial principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the tender process from enquiry to contract award.
• Coordinate estimating, design, planning, and operations teams.
• Develop methodologies, logistics plans, and technical submissions.
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering initiatives.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
• Manage bid clarifications and handover to project delivery teams.
