Role Profile

We are seeking to appoint a part-time Practice Placement Coordinator to support the development and delivery of practice placement education within the School of Psychology. This is a new position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the School’s placement provision and to support the delivery of high-quality practice-based learning.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in child and educational or clinical psychology in an area that complements the existing teaching and research strengths of the School.

The successful candidate will contribute high-quality teaching in Educational Psychology following a scientist-practitioner model.

The successful candidate will also contribute to the School’s research culture and community and actively participate in the School’s external engagement and enterprise activities.

Further, the successful candidate will contribute to programme administration, placement supervision, research supervision and the external engagement activities of the School and University.
