Job description

We're looking for a Practice Assistant to join our Legal Support Services team in our Dublin office, providing exceptional support to fee earners across Corporate, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution.

The role

As a Practice Assistant, you'll serve as the single point of contact for fee earners across a range of disciplines, taking ownership and accountability of all tasks through to completion. You'll provide a high quality, comprehensive workflow management and organisational service, while delivering exceptional client service.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of our Dublin office.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing client relationships — becoming an active part in the care of clients, handling client queries and managing client-related calls with professionalism and confidence.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support — managing diaries, coordinating travel and meetings, monitoring correspondence, drafting responses on behalf of fee earners, and taking minutes to ensure actions are followed up promptly.
  • Supporting financial processes — assisting with complex billing, reviewing and updating time allocation and disbursements, and ensuring all billing is prepared to the highest standards of accuracy in accordance with contractual requirements.
What we're looking for
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, combined with an aptitude for producing documents and client communications of the highest standard.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with firm-wide policies and procedures, including Lexcel and Information Security requirements.
Why Join Us?

We offer a flexible and hybrid working model. Our comprehensive benefits package includes private medical insurance, pension contributions, an employee assistance programme, and a range of wellbeing initiatives. Enhanced parental leave is also available, reflecting our commitment to supporting you through every stage of your career and life.
