FRS Recruitment is recruiting for an Area Manager to oversee Carlow/Laois stores in a large grocery chain. You will lead district operations, drive performance, and develop Store Managers within a fast-growing retail group.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, stock and cash control, and delivering annual business plans while maintaining high team motivation and engagement.

Area Manager - Carlow/Laois

Our client, a large grocery chain, is looking for an Area Manager to join their well-established team and assist them with managing the stores in the Carlow/Laois area.

We are looking for strong retail professionals who have gained proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate would be strategic-thinking, problem-solving managers who can inspire everyone to be high achievers. Suppose you think that you have got it. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a district, overseeing all Store Managers

Requirements

• A minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or at least 3 years of management experience

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
