Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dublin seeks an Offer Marketing Manager to drive strategy, positioning, and performance for Power Systems in Ireland (80%) and AIS MV Switchgear in the UK (20%). You will work with Sales, Engineering, factories, and GBUs to support portfolio growth, launches, and market performance.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams across Ireland and the UK, leveraging market insights to develop go-to-market strategies, training, and sales enablement materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, offer management, technical marketing, business development, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including competitive analysis, segmentation, offer price positioning, value proposition development, and offer lifecycle management.
• Experience working with technical products or solutions in the electrical industry.
• Good understanding of electrical network design, operation, and power distribution applications.
• Previous experience with Medium Voltage (MV) applications, Power Systems, or switchgear solutions (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to drive decisions and business performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address complex technical and commercial requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and global teams.
• Ability to influence and work successfully within a matrix organisation.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance of the Power Systems portfolio across the UK & Ireland.
• Assess competitors, conduct technical benchmarking, and develop pricing and positioning strategies.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify opportunities and portfolio enhancements.
• Apply expertise in electrical network design and operation to position solutions meeting technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
